Authored over a thousand blog posts on the social media platform Facebook, covering subjects such as Karma, Dharma, Philosophy, the Soul, Spiritual Practice (Sadhana), Mantra Science, and various other topics. Additionally, wrote songs, ghazals, and approximately 25 short stories — including a series titled Sachetan Stree (The Conscious Woman)—for various blog pages such as Paravani, Ruhani Samvad, and Para Shabd (Updated).

Initiation by the Guru
In the year 2004, I received initiation from the Sufi Saint Hazrat Harprasad Mishra (Uvaisiya Ruhani Satsang Ashram, Ajmer) and embarked upon an inner journey into Sufi consciousness. This involved the practice of breathwork (*Shvas Sadhana*) and mantra recitation (*Mantra Sadhana*). Through the grace of Shaktipat (transmission of spiritual energy) bestowed by the Guru, I experienced visions of the inner realms. I attained profound realizations regarding the depth and expansiveness of meditation, and experienced a continuous inner dynamism, guided by the aspiration: "From darkness, lead me unto Light" (*Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya*).
Currently — I am advancing along the path of 'Silence' (*Maun*), a path that leads to the realization of the ultimate truth: "Who am I?"
